The protection and security of your personal data is an important concern for us. We would like to point out that for the purpose of the contract processing, the following personal data is stored or processed:

Your identity details (name), contact details (address, email address, telephone number, contact language). In addition, we also store your personal data for processing results that we ourselves or that you generate for us. We also process information that is generated when using our technical aids (e.g. cookies, logs). We have received this data either from yourself, your company or from public sources such as company book, your website, information agencies, telephone registers, etc. The legality of processing your data stems from the purpose mentioned above (contract processing) (Art 6 (1) b GDPR). This data is accessed by all employees of the companies that serve our customers and suppliers; In addition, this data can be viewed by our IT department and our employees. Our IT and electronic communication systems are supervised by our external cooperation partners for support and maintenance purposes.


The legality of processing your data is based on our legitimate interests (Art 6 (1) f GDPR). There will also be a transfer of your name and address (and, if desired, your telephone number) to the transport company contracted by us to deliver ordered goods, and we undertake to implement the principles of the Respect legitimate data processing. In any case, we store the personal data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract for the duration of the entire business relationship as well as in accordance with the legal retention and documentation obligations, in accordance with the legal regulations.
